"Dean is an absolute master craftsman. He showed up, with a full on workshop on wheels trailer - and absolutely knocked it out of the park. I initially hired him to install barn doors in our house, and was so impressed I called him back to come in and build my dream gym.
He quoted me a fixed price on the dry wall, and spent 3 days meticulously mudding and taping on stilts. Installed an AC unit all the electrical, put trim around shed, and installed lighting. Came back a few days later and in a day was completely done with the paint. The next week, instead of me struggling through putting flooring in I asked him and he was more than happy to get started - including fixing my hot mess of an attempt, centering tiles and cutting the edges out for me with yet another power tool in his workshop.
I can't overstate how incredibly knowledgable and efficient Dean is, I'd highly recommend him. (But please hire him after he's done installing the TV in my living room)."

Had Dean come out to my house to do several things. Install flat panel TVs, lights, adjust doors, paint, etc. He showed up on time and then came back the next morning when I added additional work. The dryer in my Phoenix house was taking hours to dry one load, but the problem didn't seem to be the dryer itself. I sent a message to Dean, describing the problem and he responded very quickly. He was there the next day, and quickly zoomed in on the problem. Turns out that some other contractor incorrectly installed the dryer vent hardware, causing the dryer vent to block itself internally. Dean modified the dryer vent and had the dryer working in no time, at a very fair price. He also confirmed that there was full flow at the dryer vent outlet.
Highly recommended; I will definitely be contacting Dean in the future.
